Microsoft can sometimes be slow to Sync Users (importing of the Microsoft User list into Teams Connect). This may result in not seeing your Microsoft Users populating in the Users tab.

One way to speed up the process is to select specific “Enterprise User Groups” containing the Users you would like to see imported. For example, if all of the Users you want to activate exist in two Microsoft Enterprise groups “San Diego Staff” and “Miami Staff”, selecting those two groups may increase sync speed.

  1. Within the Users page, there is a “Select User Groups” button.
  2. From Select User Groups page, you can click one or more Groups to filter, then click “Update Sync Groups”
  3. This will limit the number of groups from which the system is trying to sync, and may help expedite the process.
