Click here to install NextMeeting extension for Chrome from the Google Chrome store!
- The link above will take you to the NextMeeting page in the Chrome web store
- Click “Add to Chrome” to install the extension, click “Add extension” on the pop-up to confirm
- The new extension will appear in the top right corner of your Chrome browser
- Click Menu > More tools > Extensions and enable it here if you do not see it automatically.
- Type your NextLevel voice portal username and password and click save.
- You will see a confirmation message “200: OK” and “Options saved” when successful.
- Now you can click on the NextMeeting extension at any time and select “Create Google Calendar meeting” or “Create Office 365 Calendar meeting”
- You may need to sign in to your Google or Office 365 account to continue. You will sign in through their respective website. NextLevel will never ask you for your Google or Office 365 password.
- Your Meeting Invite will be pre-populated with a randomly generated Meeting ID number, and will include a dial-in phone number if your account has one.
- The extension also adds a NextMeeting button to your invites, allowing you to Join/Start a meeting immediately.
- If you create a new meeting without clicking through the extension, there is a button on your meeting that allows you to generate new meeting credentials instantly.
- Now you can set a time, add participants, and send the calendar invite!
