1. Navigate to Settings menu by clicking your username in the top right corner, then clicking “Settings” in the dropdown.
2. Click the Tags icon
3. Delete a tag by clicking the “x” on the tag
4. Add a tag by clicking on the Blue Plus icon
a. Type a name for the tag
b. Click the color the tag should display
c. Toggle “Public” on or off to choose whether this tag will be visible to other users.
d. Click “Create”
5. Users will be able to control fax tags, Admins will also have access to number tags so they can assign notes that are visible in the Numbers Management section.
