Verve Go Integrator license will empower you to connect your Verve phone system with one of dozens of CRM platforms.
Integrations connect a CRM or application with the Telephone system. Incoming or outgoing telephone numbers are matched to any contact records in a CRM to present contact information including contact name, company or account name and additional notes.
Adding a new Integration
- Right-click Verve Go Integrator icon in your System Tray
- Click Configure to enter the Configuration Settings
- Under the Integrations section in the left navigation panel, click Add new
- Select your desired integration from the dropdown
- Click Help at the bottom for the configuration guide for your specific CRM
After completing the configuration, select Save to finalize the integration.
Screen Popping and Activity Logging
The Activities section of your CRM integration will display the features available to you.
Pop automatically on inbound – select from the dropdown to control when you would like to receive the screen pop – on Ringing will open the window as soon as you phone rings, Connected will wait until you answer the call.
Create activity on call end – will automatically create an activity record or task in your CRM once the call is completed. Please note, this is only available on select CRM integrations.
Allow manual creation of call activities – will provide a button on the Call Preview Window to create and edit an Activity Record while on the call

Testing the connection
After completing the integration setup, check the connection status of the integration to confirm a connection can be made:
Test search by selecting “Test”, enter a contact phone number number you know to be in the CRM, then select Search:
Note: Test search may be unavailable with certain CRMs or applications.
After completing the configuration, select Save to finalize the integration.
