Error message indicating remote certificate is invalid | Verve Go Integrator cannot contact our network due to end user network security settings, see below for resolution |
No call preview window / status indicator is gray | Re-enter Verve portal credentials. Create new password with no “#”. |
Error Message – The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedures
This error is commonly caused by End User’s computer using some form of networking security such as a firewall or proxy, which is blocking the software connection to our servers.
In order to resolve this they will need to white list our domain:
*.cti-host.com
If you can’t whitelist wildcard domains, then use the following:
discovery.cti-host.com
resource.cti-host.com
licensing.cti-host.com
auth.cti-host.com
events.cti-host.com
setup.cti-host.com
Whitelisting by IP Address is not available due to network security on the authentication servers.
