Most CRM Integrations support “Screen Popping”, to display the customer record for an existing customer when a phone number match is found.

Some CRMs also support the “Add Contact” feature – if no contact is found for the number, you can create a new contact in your CRM directly from the Verve Go Integrator’s Call Preview Window.

  1. Click the “Add” Button on the Call Preview Window
  1. This will launch the “Add contact” popup
  2. Select the “Type” dropdown to choose which type of contact you would like to add to your CRM (these options vary by CRM)
  3. Fill out any details you would like added to the contact record.
  4. Clicking “Save” will add the contact to the CRM
  5. Clicking “Save and edit” will trigger a Screen Pop into your CRM, where you can enter additional information on the contact record before saving adding it (this option may not be available for all CRMs)

Note: Not all CRMs support adding contacts. When you first activate CRM, you can see a list of expected features displayed in the configuration page:
